Simplified Terms of Use

1. Use my digitized patterns to create something new for personal, commercial, gifts,  use.

I have given this some great thought, and first want to say that I freely give my digitized designs away because it gives me great pleasure to know that others can use them, to be creative.  These patterns must be used and stitched out into something new that you've created yourself, or as a gift to others.   In other words, they can't be put up on any website as is to be re-sold, or given away.  The original digitized file Plb Designs holds copyright to, and I ask that you respect that.  If you want to share them, that is ok, but I would prefer that you just send them to the website so that others can freely get the designs as well.

2. Give proper credit.

Since Digitized Patterns are a form or art in and of itself, I like to receive credit for my work.  It is not mandatory but if you would be so gracious as to give credit to Plb Designs if you display your finished items on a web site, would be wonderful and we would greatly appreciate it.  I give credit for the artwork used from the various artist that I purchase art from so it would be nice for you to do as well, but it is not one of those mandatory things that if you don't then I will email you, or take away your access.  I want you to enjoy what you stitchout and use.  If you choose to give a credit link then just have it back to my site.... http://plbdesign.com and that will be great !   Thank you in advance too.

3.  Additions

I may add more as time goes on but this is the basics of my terms.  As I said I give them away after hours of working on patterns, because I like to give others the chance to be creative.  In this economy, and other factors it is sometimes difficult for some to afford to purchase designs.  I know because I have "been there done that" and I remember what it is like to look at something and wish that I could afford to buy it to create something as a gift, or just for myself, and was unable to do so.

I also appreciate feed back. If you find something that is not quite right with a pattern, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I will fix it and then send it to you, as well as upload it to the site.  I strive to make the best digitized patterns that I can, and I want you to have the best of them.  Feel free to contact me,  also feel free to write a review or comment and I will have it posted on the site.  Each design has a section where you can write a review of that item.  If you find you really like it, why not post that for others to read?  Just a thought.
